AngelInsurance CoordinatorHi, my name is Angel. I enjoy working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke, and have been a proud member of the team since 1999. Our patients are such a joy to work with, and being able to help so many different people is what I love most about working in orthodontics. At the practice I work hard to process insurance claims, verify insurance, and follow up with our patients and their providers. I have one very precious daughter, Gianna. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, reading, and visiting with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Angie, and I am looking forward to getting to know you and your family. I have been a proud team member at Petty, Bielik, and Burke since 2006. I love talking with new patients and getting to know what each patient does for fun, school, work, etc. I like to know my patients so that I am able to give them the best personal service possible. I am a native of Chicago and I grew up in this area with my mom, dad, and younger brother. In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and going out with friends. |

Carrie Head Assistant, Inventory Control Hi, I'm Carrie. I have worked at Petty Bielik, and Burke since 2005, and to this day I still enjoy being a part of this wonderful team. My favorite thing about working in orthodontics is interacting with our patients, playing games with them, sharing stories, and most of all smiling! The doctors have a wonderful sense of humor that helps make our practice a fun place to be. I am a native of Park Forest and I currently live in Kankakee. My husband Henry and I have two children, Parker and Jake. In my free time I enjoy camping, decorating, fishing, and playing bags. You won't catch me traveling too often, or at least traveling by plane, because I definitely don't like flying! |

Darlene Orthodontic Assistant Hi, my name is Darlene and I have been with the practice for just under one year, however I have been in the orthodontic field for over 10 years! I enjoy seeing how the results of orthodontics makes a person feel. Happy, smiling patients, is what makes my job so enjoyable. I just recently got married to the best guy in the world, Wayne. I love working out and running in local races. |
DEBAppointment Coordinator My name is Deb and I've been a Team Member since 2012. Though I have only been at PBJ for one year, I've been in the dental field for over 33 years. In that time, my love for dentistry has never changed. I love meeting the patients, getting to know them and seeing how happy they look with their beautiful smiles. I was born and raised in Melrose Park and lived in the Naperville/Oswego area for 27 years where I raised my 3 amazing children; Jim, Martha and Dwight. I moved to Mount Greenwood in 2012 when I married my husband, Don, a Chicago Fire Department Engineer, who has 2 children. That is what brought me to this amazing office. When I am not at work, I enjoy reading and scrapbooking, but mostly I love hanging out with my family, which includes a grandson and my 90 year old Mom! Come visit me at the front desk, I look forward to getting to know you and help you coordinate your busy schedule with ours.

Ellen  Records Coordinator-Frankfort Lab Technician-Oak Lawn Hello! My name is Ellen, and I am the lab technician for our Oak Lawn office and records coordinator in the Frankfort location. I began working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke in 2006, after 22 years of experience in general dentistry. I enjoy working in orthodontics because of all the great people I get to work with, and all of the wonderful smiles I get to see each day. I live in Peotone with my husband, two daughters, two dogs, and a cat. In my free time, I enjoy exercising with my friends, riding my motorcycle, and making cotton candy for Kate! |

 GigiNew Patient Coordinator Hi there, my name is Gigi and I am the New Patient Coordinator for the Oak Lawn Office. I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke for five years. I love that the doctors are very unique in their own special way. They treat every patient as a special individual. I love building a relationship with the patients and their parents. I like to make them feel comfortable and help them realize that they are making the right decision when considering orthodontic treatment for themselves or their children. I enjoy watching the patients progress through their orthodontic treatment and seeing the end result. What I love about my patients is the innocence when it comes to the children and the perseverance in the adults. My husband and I reside in Homer Glen and have been there for 20 years. I have been married to my husband Tony for 28 years. We have 3 children, Ashley, Daniella, and Brandon. I have one adorable grandchild Ava. In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping! One thing I bet you didn't know about me is that I am also a make-up artist. |

Katie Hi, I'm Katie, and I am the New Patient Coordinator. I have been working for Petty, Bielik, and Burke Orthodontics since 2005. I really enjoy getting to know all of our New Patients and providing them with a positive and fun experience. It's an added bonus that I get to work with such a great group of girls. I love spending time with my family and friends.. Traveling is another favorite of mine, and I love a good book.

MEGHANORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT My name is Meghan and I started working a Petty, Bielik & Burke's just this year, 2013. I like working with patients, co-workers and the doctors. Building positive relationships with both patients and our Team makes me look forward to coming to work everyday. I've lived in Cleveland, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and for the past 9 years here in the Chicago area. I was a cheerleader for 10 years, including 2 years in college. Our cheer team in Atlanta, travelled all over the United States, and competed on ESPN. I also love animals. Our family owns 3 dogs, two of which were rescue.

I have been with this practice since 2003, and currently work as the Financial Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. My favorite thing about my job is by far the patients! Seeing our patient's smile is enough to brighten anybody's day. I also love working with such a dedicated team of people. The doctors and staff here truly care about their patients, and work hard to make each patient feel good about being here. I am a lifelong Chicago native. My husband John and I are the proud parents of two children Carrie and John, and one beautiful granddaughter, Riley Ann. When I'm not at the practice you can often find me cheering on the Chicago White Sox (or at least during baseball season)! |

I have been at this practice since 2003, and each day is a wonderful experience. I love talking with the patients and their parents and seeing all of the beautiful smiles that come in and out of our practice. I am originally from Pampa, Texas and have lived in New Lenox since 1999. In my time away from the practice I enjoy being with my family, playing piano, gardening, and swimming. A little known fact about me is that I am also an elementary school teacher with a degree in music! |

My husband Bob and I have three children: Rob and Steph (our twins), and our daughter Molly. I enjoy reading, gardening, and watching my kids play sports. Since 2006 I have been working at Petty, Bielik, and Burke. I enjoy seeing the excitement on our patients' faces the day they get their braces off and how happy they all are when they see their new smiles for the first time. Our doctors and staff members like to have fun, and it's obvious how much they enjoy their work. I currently live in Mokena and have been there since 2004.
